As someone with a criminally poor attention span, it was required for my learning in college that I consistently be doodling throughout my lecture periods. One day, I looked down to discover that my hand had created an image of a wizened chronomancer with broken clock faces for eyes. I felt compelled to draw a speech bubble from his mouth, quoting the phrase "Antient AE..." I've no idea what it means. The song itself was an attempt to achieve a satirical nod to Rush,a band I deeply love, but recognize as having some pretty ridiculous lyrical content.
