Boy, oh boy, did I have a love affair with LSD. When I was in high school, I found an old English lit assignment in a box of my dead uncle's stuff. The assignment was to write a critical analysis of contemporary rock lyrics. For the most, his critiques were salient and well thought out. His writing on CCR's "Looking Out My Back Door" however: "Well...he was on a drug trip, what he saw." I wanted to write a song that similarly beggared meaningful critical analysis. If you've never seen a conglomeration of cubes with melting angles, I can't help you.
